We are seeking a Senior Support worker to join our brand-new Supported Living Service in Crewe.
Located in the heart of Crewe, Stanley House provides high-quality specialist supported living services for twelve adults aged 18 and over.

What you’ll be doing:
- Supporting Adults 18+ with moderate needs and a learning disability / mental health/autism need/physical health need.
- Working alongside the service manager & staff members to maintain a high level of support that’s required for the service needs.
- Be part of an on-call system.
- Complete weekly and monthly audits.
- Develop staff members' skills.
- Personal care is required.
- Working to maintain a high level of support required for the service needs.
- Maintain and develop their community links, as well as access community and leisure pursuits to support their independent living and life skills.
